Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of purchase, however if a product is out of stock or delivered through our suppliers then dispatch will be delayed. Of course, we will keep you informed and confirm with you when the item is in stock and ready for dispatch.
An Post Delivery
An Post delivery within Ireland and Great Britain generally takes 1-3 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to other European countries generally take 3-5 working days, while international deliveries may take 5-10 working days.
Courier Delivery:
Courier delivery is available within Ireland (including Northern Ireland) and the mainland UK only. For customers who make a purchase on a working day prior to midday, you can expect next working day delivery (if the product you order is in stock). For purchases made after midday or at weekends, courier delivery will take two working days. The cost for courier delivery throughout Ireland is 6 euro.
Please Note: We will always endeavour to meet these timings, however as the courier service is a third party, not directly controlled by us there may be delays outside of our control.
For courier orders, please ensure that you will be at the delivery address to sign for your purchase. It is a good idea to give a work address if you will not be at home during the day. Please always provide us with a mobile number so that if you are not there, we can contact you.
For Europe and Rest of World deliveries we use the regular postal delivery with An Post.

The Baby Room is not liable for any import duty for international orders.
Ordering:
If required orders may be made by phone, as well as through our web site. If ordering items by phone, a contact e-mail address must be supplied for order confirmation and you will be required to reply to this before your order is processed. All orders received through our website will receive a confirmation of order. This will normally be sent by email. Please note that you must receive this confirmation before order processing begins.
Returns:
At The Baby Room we only want satisfied customers, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly refund you in full (excluding delivery charges if applicable) or if requested offer a replacement.
Before you request or arrange return of a Product, please read the information below carefully.
You may return any Delivered Product you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery. To do so you must notify us in writing via email or post within 14 working days of delivery. If you are Returning a Product, you must pay the costs of Returning the Product to us or our suppliers, except where
- The Product delivered is not what you Ordered (including an unapproved Substitute Product), or does not correspond with its description; or
- The Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, or
- The Product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days from delivery.
If the Product arrives in a damaged condition and you have notified us within 7 working days from delivery you must also make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note where possible. In these circumstances we will replace the item or affected parts or you may Cancel the Order and receive a full Refund.
If the Product becomes defective soon after 7 working days from delivery, The Baby Room Ltd will, at its soul option, repair the product, replace the product or refund you in full or in part.
We will not accept Returns or Cancellations if the Products have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customizing the Product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the Products as your own. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the Return Products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given.
